I absolutely love being an administrative professional. What I don’t love is how I struggle sitting up straight in my office chair with appropriate posture. I am often up and down throughout the day but I do notice that I tend to slouch in my chair. When I notice I’m hunched over I pull my shoulders back and attempt to sit up straight; only to find myself, an hour or so later, back in the same position. I definitely try to be aware of my posture throughout the day. I am sure so many of you (if not all) can relate to me in this industry.
