Hello, fellow administrative professionals! Today, I was thinking about all the important decisions my CEO has to make. The responsibility she accepts for maintaining and managing a successful business.
It’s really COOL to be an administrative professional because I get to be part of the decision making process without having to make the difficult final decisions. Our CEO and Founder, Joan Burge, is really great about making sure her team has a voice and an opinion in decision making.
Office Dynamics is currently looking to relocate to a larger office. We are assessing our options as a team and we are definitely part of the decision process; looking at office space, weighing the pros and cons of the top two potential buildings, making sure calls are made to utility companies (so we have minimal downtime), etc. There is a great deal of responsibility and very important decisions that need to be made in the process.
Ultimately, substantial decisions will rest on the shoulders of your executive but it’s important to pull together as a team and contribute your share and that’s a really COOL thing!
