Thank you for joining our Admin Blog-a-thon, what’s next?

Wow, what a fabulous April!

Did you have the most incredible Administrative Professionals’ Week this year?

Here’s a recap of just some of the amazing things that went on this year in celebration of you, Administrative Professionals:

  • Executive Secretary Magazine sent out daily gifts from a variety of organizations specifically for administrative professionals learning benefit.
  • IAAP teamed up with Staples to #CelebrateAdmins.
  • All Things Admin shared a chart of all the special happenings and more and started #AdminProud.
  • Office Ninjas offered daily flash giveaways and they had some really incredible gifts.
  • Business Management Daily had a daily free download or gift.
  • and we brought back the April Blog-a-Thon for the Administrative Professional where we gathered here each weekday with a new content post and shared a place for administrative professionals to comment, question and discuss their careers.

So what do we do now that the blog-a-thon is over?

Keep coming back! Just because the event has ended doesn’t mean we stop blogging.

We’ll be here with content and we encourage you to visit and join in the discussion. You never know when we’ll decide to give away some great prizes.

Here’s a recap of the great content that was discussed this month:

Enjoyed all the articles I read and shared several of them on LinkedIn and Facebook. I started a few discussions on LinkedIn to see and get more feedback. Thank you so very much for all the wonderful information. I love learning and sharing information that helps us all improve in our positions.

The Administrative Profession has come a long way. We don’t just answer the phone anymore.

  4. Thank you from me too! As a new admin professional, this has been awesome and I have enjoyed the range of information not only from the blogs but fellow admins that come here to post. I loved the videos I won through posting as well, I love personal development and this is just one of the great places to come to help us stay updated in our careers and beyond.

  5. I thought it was FANTASTIC! I won a video series and I loved it!! Took notes and learned a lot! I am a new Executive Assistant – being promoted from Admin Assistant – to me, seems to be more pressure? If that’s the right word I’m looking for. I do love this website, hoping as we move from a start-up to a full fledged company I can attend a seminar! Have a great day everyone!

  6. Thanks for all the great content this month! I’ve gotten some awesome information and am putting it into practice!

  7. I have truly enjoyed the April Blog-A-Thon. All of the articles were interesting, informative, and thought provoking. I’ve been in the administrative field for over forty years. I love what I do and enjoy being an “old pro” in this position. It has been interesting to see how much this profession has changed but encouraging to see where it is headed. There is always something new to learn, and I did that this month with the blog! Thank you! I look forward to more!

  8. Thanks for all the time and effort put into this. I thoroughly enjoyed all the information and will put it to good use.

    1. Thank you, Dee! And congratulations on winning our Peer Synergy Prize. We look forward to hearing how you and your team enjoy the sessions from the 2014 On Demand Conference. Please stay in touch and visit the blog often.
