On this same page of the website you will find a draft template of a Letter to Leader from Assistant. This is a simple Word document download that you can customize to assist with your proposal. Be sure to make the necessary adjustments to fit your proposed attendance.
Next, be sure to also include the 2nd downloadable template called “Worksheet to Present to Leader” – this is a table of all the sessions with some of the key objectives from that session. Customize this document to fit YOUR expected conference experience and be sure to follow up with your executive when you return at 30, 60 and possibly even 90 days after the event to show your continuous growth in the areas you targeted. It’s best to meet over it as a team and determine what you want your focus to be.

If you do print key information for your executive to review you may also be interested in the full conference brochure which highlights the event and lists our full agenda. Or simply sharing the information you feel is best suited to share by printing select portions of the brochure.
