After 20 years in the administrative profession, Joan had a yearning to do something different and saw a huge gap in the educational opportunities executives received compared to assistants. This led her to create a training company that fully focused on administrative assistant education and development. Since then, Joan has progressed in her career as a trainer, speaker, and author.
