Virtual AI Training for Administrative Professionals
SMARTER AI. SMARTER WORK. STRONGER YOU.
The week of Valentine's Day, we're giving admins something new to fall for, and it won't take flowers, chocolate, or a fancy dinner. This year the romance goes deeper: real tools, real workflows, and a relationship with AI built to actually last.
The Next Chapter
Attraction Isn’t a Relationship.
Plenty of admins have already had a little fling with AI, a clever email draft here, a quick summary there. But knowing AI exists isn’t the same as knowing how to use it. And using it once isn’t the same as building it into how you actually work. That’s the gap between attraction and a relationship. Fall in Love with AI 2027 is built for the second one.
From Our Survey
96% of admins can now use AI at work. Only 48% have ever been formally trained on it. That gap is exactly why this event exists.
"The goal isn't to compete with AI. It's to become exceptionally good at working with it."
Pillar One —
The Meet-Cute
Smarter AI
Discover what today’s AI can actually do, and why it might surprise you.
Pillar Two —
Getting Serious
Smarter Work
Move from flirting with prompts to a real working partnership.
Pillar Three —
What AI Can't Fall For
Stronger You
Move from flirting with prompts to a real working partnership.
These three pillars are the direction we’re building 2027 around. Specific sessions and speakers are still being confirmed, and we’ll share the full agenda as soon as it’s locked.
Pillar One · The Meet-Cute
SMARTER AI
Discover what AI can do now.
AI has changed more in the last year than most relationships change in five. Even admins who use it every day don’t know everything today’s tools, think Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and the agent and research capabilities most people haven’t tried yet, can do. Consider this your proper introduction. The exact sessions are still being finalized, but discovery like this is the whole point of the pillar.
From Our Survey
74% of admins told us they want training on AI features they don't even know exist yet. This pillar is built for exactly that reaction.
"AI has gotten smarter. Have you kept up?"
Pillar Two · Getting Serious
SMARTER WORK
Move from playing with AI to working with AI.
There’s a big difference between asking AI to write one email and trusting it to help run your week. This is where the relationship gets real, where research, project prep, document analysis, and recurring processes start pulling their weight instead of living in a single chat box. We’re still finalizing exactly which workflows each session covers, but this is the shift we’re building toward.
From Our Survey
For 59% of admins, AI still touches less than 10% of their workload.
This is where we close that gap.
"I want to learn how to build AI-powered workflows that handle routine administrative tasks so I can focus on executive decision support, process improvement, and high-value work."
Survey respondent, on the skill they most want to develop.
Pillar Three · What AI Can't Fall For
STRONGER YOU
Because the smarter AI gets, the more your thinking matters.
No algorithm can read a room, sense what your exec didn’t say, or know which battles are worth having. The advantage was never about competing with AI. It’s about knowing which intelligence to use when.
"AI is not a replacement for Administrative Professionals; it is an amplifier that enhances our ability to deliver greater value. Uniquely human strengths, including emotional intelligence, sound judgment, discretion, relationship management, and critical thinking, are essential."
Survey respondent, 19 years’ experience.
Here's the division of labor
AI can generate options
You exercise judgment
AI can analyze information
You understand context
AI can draft the message
You understand the relationship
AI can build the project plan
You know the people who execute it
AI can summarize the meeting
You noticed what wasn't said
AI can recommend
You decide
The Bigger Picture
Why Fall in Love with AI?
If AI feels powerful but inconsistent, helpful one day and frustrating the next, you’re not alone. This event is built to move you from experimenting to feeling confident and intentional.
It's the Future:
AI is becoming as fundamental as the computer once was. Getting ahead of it now means staying ahead later.
Empower Your Role:
Let AI take over the routine work so you can focus on the complex, creative parts of your job that actually move the needle.
Stay Competitive & Relevant:
As workplaces go digital, AI fluency keeps you indispensable instead of catching up from behind.
Elevate Your Professional Value:
AI proficiency positions you as innovative, adaptable, and ready for what's next.
"Mastering AI isn’t just about keeping up with the future; it’s about shaping it—empowering administrative professionals to lead, innovate, and redefine their role in ways that matter most."

About this session
Your executive just told you they’re retiring in 90 days. Twenty years of knowledge, relationships, and “you just have to know how it works” lives in their head and in your inbox. Most of us treat AI as either a magic fix or a risky shortcut. Neither one gets you through a transition. This session shows a healthier relationship: you stay the project manager, and AI does the drafting.
We’ll run one transition project from kickoff to closeout, with the prompts on screen and every deliverable built as we go: the project brief, the transition plan, the stakeholder communications, the risk check, and the lessons learned. You’ll see where AI confidently fills in gaps it can’t possibly know, how to catch it, and how to move from using AI as a drafting assistant to using it as a thinking partner. You leave with a finished project package and a prompt approach you can use on your own project next week.
By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
- Apply a five-phase project lifecycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor, Close) to a real administrative scenario.
- Use AI to draft a project brief, task plan, and stakeholder communication from a single scenario.
- Review AI output critically and catch the errors that need human judgment before anything goes out.
- Move from using AI as a drafting assistant to using it as a thinking partner for risk checks and lessons learned.
- Apply the approach to one of their own projects, starting with the phase that will save them the most time.

About this session
Artificial intelligence can generate ideas, analyze information, solve problems, and produce impressive work in seconds. But as AI becomes increasingly capable, an important question emerges: Are we becoming better thinkers, or are we becoming too dependent on technology to think for us? In this provocative and highly interactive closing session, Joan Burge explores the hidden risks of overreliance on AI and why independent thinking, business acumen, intellectual courage, situational intelligence, and original thinking are more important than ever for administrative professionals.
Through practical examples, thought-provoking questions, and a realistic executive assistant scenario, attendees will discover why an impressive AI-generated result isn’t necessarily an effective solution, how to recognize when technology may be doing too much of their thinking, and how to strengthen the intellectual capabilities that make them valuable strategic partners. This session isn’t about resisting AI. It’s about embracing its possibilities without surrendering your own intelligence, professional perspective, or ability to think independently. Because the future doesn’t just need assistants who know how to use artificial intelligence. It needs professionals who know how to exercise their own.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognize the potential risks of overreliance on AI, including cognitive offloading, the illusion of competence, diminished independent problem-solving, and reduced confidence in personal judgment.
- Distinguish five essential dimensions of human intelligence that contribute to professional excellence: independent thinking, business acumen, intellectual courage, situational intelligence, and original thinking.
- Evaluate situations in which AI-generated recommendations may be technically sound but professionally inappropriate, considering organizational dynamics, business priorities, competing interests, and potential consequences.
- Demonstrate the value of independent professional reasoning by examining a realistic executive assistant scenario, identifying overlooked considerations, challenging assumptions, and proposing a more effective course of action.
- Apply practical strategies to strengthen and preserve their thinking capabilities while using AI, including developing original perspectives, expanding business knowledge, articulating their reasoning, and approaching unfamiliar challenges with intellectual confidence.

FAQs
What’s the difference between the two passes?
Both passes include access to the live sessions, a Certificate of Attendance, and .7 CEUs. The Love At First Byte Pass includes 30 days of access to the recordings. The Love At First Byte Plus Pass includes 3 months of access to the recordings, plus our AI-Powered Assistant Resource Suite.
What is the AI-Powered Assistant Resource Suite?
It’s a set of ready-to-use tools for administrative and executive support professionals: 50 Essential AI Prompts Every Assistant Should Have, The AI Workflow Library, and The AI vs. Human Decision Guide.
Who will be speaking, and what’s on the agenda?
We’re still finalizing the agenda and speakers, and we’ll announce them as soon as they’re confirmed.
Will I need to create accounts or pay for any AI tools?
You don’t need to buy anything to attend. Our presenters will likely use a variety of AI tools, and some of them may need a specific tool or plan to do exactly what they show on screen. The good news is that many AI tools can do the same thing or something very similar. You’ll be able to see which of the ideas you can try with the tools you already have.
Many of these tools offer free versions you can start with. Some features come with paid plans. It’s up to you to decide whether the training works with the tools you have access to. You’ll get the most out of the event if you come ready to adapt what you learn.
Even if you don’t have the exact tool shown, learning what’s possible is still valuable. Once you know what AI can do, you’ll know what to look for, and you can ask your employer for a specific tool that would help you do your job better. After all, if you don’t know what’s possible, how can you ask?
What if my company doesn’t allow certain AI tools?
Some companies limit which AI tools employees can use, and that’s okay. You can still learn what’s possible from the sessions, then talk with your manager or IT team about which tools are approved or whether a new one could be added. Understanding what AI can do is often the first step in making that case.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We don’t offer cancellations or refunds. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive access to the recordings.
Can I share my registration or recording access with a coworker?
No. Each registration is for one person, so please don’t share login links or access to recordings. If your team wants to attend, ask us about group pricing.
Do you offer group pricing?
Yes. Call 800-STAR-139 or use our contact form, and we’ll help you set it up.
What platform will the event be on?
RingCentral Events.
Will I be on camera?
No. You will not be on camera. You may use the chat to communicate throughout the event.
Are the sessions live?
Yes. Our presenters are live in real time. Nothing is pre-recorded, so you can ask questions and join the conversation as it happens.
What if there are technical problems during the event?
Because our sessions are live in real time, technical issues can happen. A presenter might have a problem with their equipment or connection, which can cause lagging, audio issues, and similar hiccups. We rehearse with our presenters and prepare ahead of time, but we can’t guarantee a perfectly smooth day. Since the recordings come from the live sessions, we also can’t guarantee that these issues won’t show up in them.
What if I have technical trouble on my end?
Sometimes the issue is on the viewer’s side, such as a slow internet connection, a problem with your own device, or a company network that blocks access to the event. These issues affect only your experience, and we can’t control or fix them on our end. We suggest checking your device and checking with your IT department ahead of time, especially if you’re joining from a work network. If you miss part of a session, you can catch up with the recordings.
Do I need any AI experience?
While it can be helpful, it is not necessary. This event is made for executive and administrative assistants at every level, whether you’re brand new to AI or use it every day.
When will I get the recordings?
You’ll receive access within a few days after the event. The Love At First Byte Pass includes 30 days of access, and the Plus Pass includes 3 months. Access begins the day we send your access information.
Do I get CEUs and a certificate?
Yes. Both passes include a Certificate of Attendance and .7 CEUs
Fall in Love with AI 2027: Event Terms and Conditions
By registering for Fall in Love with AI 2027, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you register.
1. About the event
Fall in Love with AI 2027 is a live, virtual event hosted by Office Dynamics International (ODI) on RingCentral Events. Sessions are presented live in real time and are not pre-recorded. The event is planned for February 11, 2027.
2. Agenda, speakers, and session details
The agenda, speakers, and session descriptions are still being finalized and will be published as they’re confirmed. ODI may change the agenda, speakers, session titles, or schedule at any time, including after you register. If you want to review the full session details before you register, please wait until the agenda is published.
3. AI tools used in sessions
Our presenters may use a variety of AI tools, and these tools can differ from session to session. Some sessions may show features that need a specific tool, account, or paid plan. Many tools can do the same thing or something similar, and many offer free versions you can start with.
It is your responsibility to:
- Read the session descriptions once they’re published to see which tools are used.
- Decide whether you have access to those tools, or whether the concepts can be applied with the tools you already have.
ODI doesn’t provide, buy, or guarantee access to any AI tool, account, or plan. Not having a specific tool is not a reason for a refund or cancellation. Even without the exact tool, the sessions will show you what’s possible and help you decide which tools to ask for at work.
4. Technology and technical issues
Because sessions happen live, technical problems can occur. These can include lagging, audio issues, or interruptions caused by a presenter’s equipment or connection. ODI prepares with presenters and holds rehearsals, but we can’t guarantee that technical issues won’t happen. Since recordings are made from the live sessions, we also can’t guarantee that these issues won’t appear in the recordings.
You’re responsible for having a working device, a reliable internet connection, and the access needed to join the event. Problems on your end, such as a slow connection, device trouble, or a company network or firewall that blocks the event, are not the responsibility of ODI. We suggest testing your access before the event.
5. Recordings
All registrations include access to the session recordings for the period listed on your pass: 30 days for the Love At First Byte Pass and 3 months for the Love At First Byte Plus Pass. Access will be sent within a few days after the event. Recordings are for your personal use only.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Registrations can’t be canceled or refunded. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive access to the recordings.
7. No sharing
Each registration is for one person. You may not share your login information, event links, recording access, or downloads with anyone else. If you’d like to register a team, please ask about group pricing by calling 800-STAR-139 or using our contact form.
8. AI-Powered Assistant Resource Suite (Plus Pass)
The Love At First Byte Plus Pass includes the AI-Powered Assistant Resource Suite, which is available as digital downloads on your order confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. Because digital downloads are delivered right away, they can’t be returned or canceled. The suite is for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or shared.
9. Certificate of Attendance and CEUs
Each pass includes a Certificate of Attendance and .7 CEUs.
10. Content and ownership
All event content, including presentations, recordings, handouts, and downloads, belongs to ODI and its presenters. You may not record, copy, or distribute the event or its materials without written permission.
11. If ODI changes or cancels the event
If ODI needs to reschedule the event, your registration will carry over to the new date.
12. Privacy
Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Questions
If you have questions, call 800-STAR-139 or use our contact form.
