1. Introduction

By joining the BIG Life Mastermind (“Program”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and commitments for all participants.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

• This Program is exclusively for women. 
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment and registration.
• This Program is intended for personal and professional development and is not a substitute for professional counseling, legal, or financial advice.

3. Program Structure & Participation

• The Program is a 12-session virtual mastermind led by Joan Burge with monthly 90-minute sessions.
• Participants are expected to engage fully, maintain confidentiality, and contribute constructively to discussions.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without a refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full or installment payment is required to secure participation.
• All payments are non-refundable once the Program begins.
• If you opt for an installment plan, payments must be made on time to continue access to the Program.

5. Confidentiality & Code of Conduct

• All discussions, materials, and personal information shared within the mastermind are confidential.
• Participants agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials provided during the Program.
• Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times.

6. Exclusivity for Women

• The BIG Life Mastermind is designed as a women’s-only group to provide a safe, empowering, and supportive environment.
• Office Dynamics International reserves the right to decline or remove any participant who does not meet this eligibility requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided in the Program remain the intellectual property of Office Dynamics International.
• Participants may use materials for personal use but may not modify, reproduce, or resell any content.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Program is designed for educational and motivational purposes only.
• Office Dynamics International and Joan Burge are not responsible for participants’ personal or professional outcomes.
• Participation is voluntary, and any decisions or actions taken as a result of the Program are solely the responsibility of the participant.

9. Termination of Participation

• The organizer reserves the right to terminate participation for any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions.
• No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.

10. Modifications & Amendments

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
