You're Doing More Than Your Title Says
The recognition hasn't caught up to the work you're already doing.
You anticipate problems before your executive sees them coming. You keep their calendar, their priorities, and sometimes their whole department running smoothly — and you make it look effortless, but it feels like your work gets noticed only when something goes wrong.
You second-guess yourself in the moments that matter most: the executive meeting, the tough conversation, the room full of people who outrank you.
None of that means you’re not skilled enough. It means the recognition hasn’t caught up to the work you’re already doing. That’s exactly the gap World Class Assistant™ was built to close.

The Transformation
Here's what that actually looks like
Right Now
You're handling tasks as they land on you.
Your best work goes unnoticed until something goes wrong.
You hesitate in the moments that matter most.
You're not sure how to make the case for your own growth.
You feel like "just the assistant."
After World Class Assistant
You're anticipating what's needed before anyone has to ask.
You have a documented record of your impact that gets you noticed for the right reasons.
You walk in with the composure and presence that commands respect.
You hold a designation, a portfolio, and a plan that proves your value.
You're recognized — and treated — as a strategic partner.

- Recognize the impact you have on your executives’ and the company’s success every single day
- Create action plans that turn awareness into real, lasting change
Your CWCA
A Designation You Earn.
Not a Certificate You Receive.
The CWCA (Certified World Class Assistant) designation isn't participation recognition. You'll earn it through real learning activities, a professional development plan you write yourself, a quiz that confirms what you've learned, and an approval process. So when you display those credentials, people know that they represent: rigor, commitment, and a level of professionalism far beyond most other programs.
- Establish you as a continuous learner and build instant professional credibility
- Give you a competitive advantage and help increase your earning potential
- Validate your initiative and leadership skills to the people who decide on promotions and pay
