Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Should you be unable to attend for any reason, a full refund, less the $75 non-refundable deposit, will be issued if we receive notice in writing 30 days from the workshop date. After the 30 days, all registrations and no-shows are subject to full training event fee. A company may substitute one attendee for another by notifying Office Dynamics no later than April 17. Refund for credit cards will only be given as credit, not check reimbursement. Should the training event need to be rescheduled due to illness, acts of nature or national disasters, the event will be rescheduled, not canceled. Attendees can send a substitute if they cannot attend the rescheduled date.
