I hope you are doing well this second Monday of December. I’ve been having a jolly time hosting daily webinars that started December 1 as a part of our 12 Days of Christmas this year. Office Dynamics is celebrating this month of giving by presenting free 30-minute webinars for 12 business days in a row. That’s a pretty heavy duty schedule but I’m having a blast. My partner-in-crime, Jasmine Freeman and I are making these webinars educational and festive. Each day we think of something new to surprise our attendees plus give away some great gifts such as on-line learning and conferences on demand. The response from our attendees has been tremendous.
Escape the holiday overwhelm and join us for a quick and fun webinar. In this webinar we kick-off our special event, the 12 Days of Christmas. This event includes a free webinar each business day, a deeply discounted special offer, fun surprises and giveaway items, and lots of holiday cheer.
Here are all the downloads and links associated with our program. [Read more…]

Please feel free to share this with your colleagues and family.

A to-do list focuses our attention and delivers a delicious dose of dopamine to our brains each time we cross off an item. [Read more…]

Here are 6 ways you’re wasting time along with some time management tips to keep you moving forward when it’s tough to get focused. [Read more…]
For several weeks, I have been presenting full-day workshops, mini videoconference workshops, and hosting a variety of webinars. I have covered a range of topics from building strategic partnerships to decision-making, success and engagement, creating your career portfolio and emotional intelligence. A group of executive assistants and I were talking about self-management vs. stress management. While the group and I discussed what things create stress for us at work, this group enlightened me that they are trying to stay abreast of daily changes in their organization. One executive assistant defined their workplace as “frantic.” Her leaders run around in a frantic mode and she feels frantic. She explained that things are moving so fast they just can’t ever get ahead of the game. Are you feeling the same way? Are you experiencing constant change in the workplace? [Read more…]
